I personally think its distasteful to take items that have been DONATED - free and place theft tags on them, put them on racks, label the racks "better wear" and charge consignment store up to 60% off dept store rack prices....for donated clothes. Shame on Goodwill!!, because Im sure the only ppl profiting from this are the ppl up top. They are taking sheets, separating them, selling per piece and once you put the three pcs together, it equals the same as NEW sheets that you can buy at Ross or Bealls outlet!! Old Navy is famous for their end of season sales, why would I pay $8-$9 for a used plain Old Navy tee, when I can wait til August and get them for $4 brand new!? All the press given to pickers who have found valuables at Goodwill has caused this "charity" to lose their way, instead, competing and trying everything to knockout treasure hunters...to the detriment of those truly in need. They police the changing rooms, take your carts of merchandise if you leave them outside the dressing room while inside, their bathrooms smell like foul sewer and the 1$ "flea market" in the back is extra pathetic. This Goodwill is good if looking for reading books, movies...small items. If you are looking for a pair of dress shorts or slacks to wear one time to a special event, etc., etc. As far as buying lots of clothes...troll the sales at Ross, Bealls Outlet, etc. etc...if you are going to pay those prices, buy new.

When my family took the few things we had up to the register to checkout there was nobody at the register. We waited for about 30 sec and when nobody came over i went over and asked an employee who was ringing someone up in the jewelry dept if she could call someone over for us to check out. At this point i should mention that on the way from the back of the store up to the register we passed 3 employees. She gave me an attitude and called someone over the phone and we waited for another 3 min with no followup from the employee and nobody to ring us up. The employee finished with her customer and instead of offering to ring us up she went over to help a customer with a question. I wont go back to this one for a while. You shouldnt either. The front of the store is mostly clothes. The 3 rows of physical items they have essentially consists of vcrs, lamps, glasswear and books. Very boring. The back of the store is essentially an over priced convenience store. I go to thrift stores 3-4 times a month and never had this experience at another one.

I LOVE this Goodwill. While the prices ARE occasionally extravagant on certain items, I find that this Goodwill is generally comparable or even competitive with the prices at other area thrift stores. Additionally, I appreciate something else about this store... In my experience, patrons are treated relatively WELL.I found at this Goodwill, a gorgeous king-sized Pottery Barn pickstitched quilt, that probably retailed for $250+ when brand new. It was fairly priced at $30, but when I got to the register, the cashier noticed a bit of melted candle wax on the quilt and promptly called a manager over. The manager apologized and took $10 off the price, and I hadnt even noticed the wax or voiced a complaint!Thats GOOD service, and I am quite willing to pay a few cents or a few DOLLARS more in exchange for it, so I come here often to treasure hunt.Kindness and morality are in short supply these days... Even in charity stores... Even in the Christian charity stores. But this is absolutely one of the better ones, and deserves to be noticed.

If youve ever been to this store youll know how true this statement is..........it has the most disgusting bathrooms Ive ever been in ! You dont even have to go IN to smell the stench.Just shopping in the isles right outside is enough to make you gag! Its really sad that we give so much to this organization but they wont value the customers who walk through the door to shop for merchandise that was given to them out of the goodness of so many of our hearts. This isnt coming from a person who has no loyalty. Oh no! Im a regular. All the more reason it angers me to this extent because I can honestly say that this isnt a one-time occurrence. The bathrooms smell like an outhouse and thats simply unacceptable given that this is the 21st century in our United States. I blame this on Management ! If you cant afford to buy bleach Ill be glad to DONATE some. But, really.......you should be ashamed!

This place is huge and has a decent selection of stuff. Even some new stuff. The prices are not fair. For instance a jacket should be a standard "goodwill" price of lets say 10$ and then go in the jacket section. Not this goodwill, they research items on the Internet and price them high if the Internet says it has value. They price the good stuff as high as ebay, so why dig through 80 dusty old jackets when you could search for term "real leather jackets" and have it shipped to you. This stuff is given to them for free! The hunt for the hidden treasure is fun but when goodwill has already found it, picked it and put it aside at a price you could get on ebay its not fun. Needless to say I rarely go anymore unless I am bored.

I would only ever come here for the furniture that you can sometimes get for actual affordable prices. But this goodwill is unlike any other goodwill I have ever been to. It is full of rude employees and the prices are expensive. They also dont participate in the 50 percent off items with certain color tags usually a different color each week. Every other goodwill across America that I have been to participates in that system except this one. And the prices here are much more expensive then other locations. Pair the expensive for heavily used items with the rude workers

Too expensive on some used clothing items like used shoes and clothes i dont know about anyone else but i wouldnt pay new shoe price on old used shoes they do have a variety of some new items but its stuff u get can get at a dollar tree or walmart and they put to high a price on these items they do have a some reasonable items in home goods but you have to search for these items one good point is the used furniture at times has good price but again these are used items.

Huge place, lots to look at and sort through. I bought a good pair of floor mats for my car 3 months ago and they still look fairly new, despite daily use. Most of the clothes are fairly old and smell like they need washing, but the houseware section was filled with useable items. Lots of parking. Check your register tape before you leave the register; my cashier made mistakes totally more than $10, which I wrote off as a donation to Goodwill.
