@SCE middle of the work day and crew comes onto our street and knocks out power for the entire block with no warning or advanced notice. Is this how you operate? Your employees don’t even know what they are doing until DAY OF and can’t inform YOUR CUSTOMERS?

9-hour planned power outage on one of the coldest nights of the year, the fourth planned outage in 12 months. I’d turn on fireplace to warm a freezing house, but last gas bill was $222 and it’s supposed to be double that for January. You well and truly suck, @SCE and @socalgas

@SCE - Two things. 1) My meter and cables have been unlocked since Feb 2022. Our city cleared our permit on the same date. Told SCE about this issue numerous times. Still unresolved. 2) Can auto pay be directed to my CC instead of bank? No, may cancel Auto Pay.

@SCE your meter was faulty a week ago, half my panel has been dead for a week, we have been trying to get a support ticket actioned now for 7 days. We open tickets, we phone, we get told a crew is coming. We have lost the entire freezer and fridge and have no kitchen power

@SCE A crew came in response to the first ticket on Monday and fixed the problem that didn’t exist and ignored the problem that was reported. You going to refill my fridge and freezer? Can I deduct it from the next months bill?
