You are able to manage your juror service in the following ways.
Confirm your service
If you are qualified and able to serve on the day for which you have been selected, you can confirm your service for that date.
Postpone your service
If you are qualified to serve as a juror but not able to serve on the day for which you have been selected, you can postpone your service for up to one year from the original date. The OJC automatically approves one postponement request per summons.
Request a hardship transfer
If serving at the courthouse to which you are summoned causes undue hardship, you may request a hardship transfer to another courthouse within the same county. Please note that inconvenience is not an eligible hardship. This transfer may require you to change your date of service if that date is not available at the requested courthouse. The OJC will review all Hardship Transfer requests and approve or deny them.
Request an FM assistive listening device
A FM assistive listening device is an aid to hearing. If you require a listening device for the day of your service, you may request it on the website. Requests for listening devices are granted automatically.
Request a disqualification from your service
There are 10 legal reasons for disqualification from service. If you believe one of these reasons applies to you, you may request a disqualification. You will be required to supply evidence to support your claim. Some reasons require supporting documentation to be sent to the OJC. The OJC will review all disqualification requests and approve or deny them.
Change your address
You can change your address during the initial confirmation process or at any future time. You can also change your address if you have previously confirmed by mail or telephone. Provide an email address if you wish to get email confirmation of any requested changes submitted via the website.
Find a courthouse
You can get information about the courthouse to which you are summoned, including telephone number, driving directions, juror reporting time, and accessibility. You do not have to log in to do this; the information is available from the "Find Courthouse" link on the first page of the website.
Print a Confidential Juror Questionnaire
All jurors are required to complete a Confidential Juror Questionnaire and bring it to the courthouse on the day they report. The website has a downloadable PDF form you can complete and print from your computer. You do not have to log in to do this; the Confidential Juror Questionnaire link is available on the first page of the website.
Contact the OJC
You can report issues directly to the OJC without logging in; select Contact Us to list all methods of contact or Report a problem to send email to the OJC.
