I’ve been tothis shop 4or 5times. Iwas enjoying going when the barber Derek was here but after heleft Ihave struggled tofind abarber that fits well
Last time Iwas cut the barber rushed through the haircut and beard. Iwas left with anuneven cut and arushed beard job all for $70
I love tosupport local but after the last bad experience Iwon’t beback tothis shop00

Hey Tyler. Sorry you didn’t have agreat experience withus. Italked tothe barber who cut your hair. Because ofyour previous Floyd’s haircut the top was extremely uneven and inorder toget itback toeven hedid have toremove some extra length. Maybe that communication was missed, iapologize for that. Save your money and gosomewhere else. Ihave been there 3times now and each time the barbers have rushed through the haircut. During mymost recent appointment Idid not receive aconfirmation text oremail toconfirm myhaircut. Luckily, Idecided totake the time tostopby, only tosee mybarber sitting inhis chair playing onhis phone and continue todo the same after my1/2unfinished haircut.

Clay. You’ve been late toall ofyour appointments. You showed upat12:44for you12:30appointment. Drew still gave you ahaircut and explained why wedon’t normally take anybody beyond 10minutes late. Your email and text confirmation aswell asyour 24hour reminder email and text messages all went through. Not tomention the fact that you chose your appointment time, and you’re anadult. Drews 1pm appointment showed upon time and was sat before you even left the barbershop. Ihave everything oncamera and mysystem shows email and text verification. This place isawesome. Old school barbershop feel, quality cuts, and all ofthe guys here are great totalkto.
For all the people who are claiming their charge fee for showing upvery late toan appointment— or— not showing upat all isunfair…learn toread. Itcould not bemore clearly stated…and itis…multiple times.

Been going tothis barbershop for ayearnow. OJalways hooks meup with anice fresh cut just like when Iwas inNYC. Ontime with the appointments, barely any wait. Highly recommended!
